Q.How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 1–3 days ahead. For weekends, Tet and public holidays book as early as you can — popular sleeper departures tend to fill up first.
Q.How do I pay from abroad?
International card or bank transfer, and QR payment where available. We confirm the options for your booking and the exact total (fare plus service fee) before you pay; prices are in VND.
Q.What about luggage?
Allowances differ by operator. Tell us how many suitcases and any bulky items (bikes, boards) when booking so we choose a suitable vehicle.
Q.Can I change or cancel?
Change and cancellation rules are set by each operator and vary by route and fare. We tell you the rule for your ticket before you pay and help if your plans change.
Q.Do I need a visa for the Moc Bai border trip?
You leave Vietnam at Moc Bai and enter Cambodia at Bavet, so check both countries’ visa rules. Returning to Vietnam may require a new visa or a multiple-entry e-Visa — our visa team can advise.
