Plan your experience
Prepare for the 4:30 AM start
Confirm pickup arrangements and dietary needs; cloud views depend on conditions and hosting needs availability.
Time and starting point
Confirm the meeting point, start and finish times, and any journeys between the proposed stops. Share your actual schedule so the host or operator can check what is possible on the chosen date.
Useful questions
Is breakfast at the family home confirmed immediately?
The family visit and meal require date-specific confirmation. Share dietary restrictions early, and respect the hosts’ guidance on home access and photographs.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Send your preferred date, number of travellers, starting location and essential requirements. Mention dietary needs, walking or activity limits and your preferred language so the proposed arrangement can be checked before confirmation.
